In-pavement LED runway touchdown zone light (Zero Water series) manufactured by Airsafe.
The Z Series (Zero Water) is designed with a protrusion of only 6.3 mm, ensuring that the light-emitting surface sits flush and parallel to the pavement, effectively preventing water accumulation. This advanced LED fixture also offers:
- An optional Arctic Kit, which quickly eliminates frost build-up on the lens surface.
- Special prism structural design and manufacturing process to ensure excellent optical performance.
- 8” external diameter with a main body constructed from high thermal conductivity aluminum alloy, with a smooth upper cover and no sharp edges — preventing damage to aircraft tires.
- A LED lifespan of over 100,000 hours, with light attenuation of no more than 30%, even under full load conditions at maximum intensity.
